PGIs Client and Business Development function continues to expand driving our successful growth. The responsibilities of the post are focused on our platform and social media client growth and are as follows:
Client Management You will be the lead interface with our platform and social media clients helping them to understand our expertise and services and positioning our capabilities in their context and landscapes. You will grow and expand our existing client base in line with our forward-thinking approach and will help ensure their feedback and insight in turn informs our innovation and product growth.
Client Targeting and Acquisition You will understand how to position PGIs digital investigations and digital safety capabilities proactively into new clients. You will segment and select key services and clients and will leverage PGIs ability to provide compelling proof of concept intelligence in order to begin those conversations on the front foot converting into long term partnerships and relationships.
Renewals and Growth You will work with our clients to both deepen and broader the PGI relationships (both new and existing). You will navigate contracting and renewal process ensuring programs are forward-focused and client-orientated. You will also identify new client themes and areas for PGI support and innovation.
Experience in working with social media platform trust and safety teams and an understanding of global social media organisation trends priorities and corporate risks.
An understanding of online threat/digital risk and fluency in terminology and trends associate with it.
A demonstrated ability to develop sell and grow client-focused solutions and services (particularly to social media/trust and safety clients
