Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the enterprise network solutions and campus network solutions sectors.
Serve as the trusted advisor to clients understanding their network requirements and providing customized solutions for their WAN LAN Wi-Fi and network security needs.
Proactively manage client expectations address concerns and resolve any issues to ensure the successful delivery of networking solutions.
Business Development & Growth:
Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within existing key accounts by exploring additional network solutions such as SD-WAN Wi-Fi optimization network monitoring and cloud-based networking solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft and present proposals for network infrastructure solutions tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients and educational campuses.
Drive new sales opportunities and revenue growth by selling networking services such as Wi-Fi installations network upgrades managed services and security solutions.
Account Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans for enterprise and campus network solutions ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
Work with senior management to ensure that account strategies are executed effectively with a focus on meeting client needs and achieving revenue targets.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction measure performance and explore new opportunities for expanding the relationship.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts tracking key performance metrics such as account growth sales pipeline client acquisition and retention.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance client feedback and market trends in the networking industry.
Team Collaboration & Support:
Collaborate with the product technical and customer support teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met in the design and delivery of networking solutions.
Train and mentor junior account managers on best practices for managing accounts in the enterprise and campus network solutions sectors.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in key account management sales or business development with a proven track record of managing enterprise network solutions or campus network systems.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of networking technologies including LAN/WAN Wi-Fi solutions SD-WAN network security and cloud-based networking.
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B sales particularly in selling network infrastructure solutions to enterprises and educational campuses.
Client Relationship Skills: Strong ability to build and manage relationships with senior-level decision-makers in IT departments CIOs and network engineers.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into customized networking solutions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose client needs and offer tailored network solutions driving the successful deployment of technologies like Wi-Fi optimization SD-WAN and network security.
Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment on client goals and project timelines.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) networking products and sales tools.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Electronics and Communication Computer Science or a related field. An MBA or additional certifications in networking (e.g. Cisco Juniper) is a plus.
