Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to stimulate learning.
• Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Foster a love for learning by implementing creative and interactive teaching techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate student behavior providing support and guidance as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive curriculum and share best practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Ensure the classroom is organized safe and conducive to learning.
• Participate in school events and committee meetings to contribute to the school community.
• Stay current with educational best practices and integrate technology as appropriate.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
• Encourage social and emotional development through positive relationships and interactions.
• Support students with special educational needs by adapting lessons as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of inclusivity respect and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Essential).
• Valid teaching certification in Primary Education (Essential).
• Experience in teaching primary school children (Essential).
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories (Essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Essential).
• Ability to create a stimulating learning environment (Essential).
• Familiarity with current teaching methods and techniques (Essential).
• Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom (Preferred).
• Strong organizational and planning skills (Essential).
• Ability to adapt lessons based on individual student needs (Essential).
