Job Summary
We need a full-time HR Executive who can handle all the people stuff at our company including hiring background checks and keeping everyone happy. Youll also help create content using AI tools and manage our social media when youre not busy with HR work. This job is perfect if you enjoy talking to people learning new technology and want to help make our workplace awesome while building cool content for our YouTube channel.
Pre-requisites
- Must have their own Laptop/PC to work.
- Should NOT be pursuing any education currently as this is a full-time Employment.
- Good WiFi (Preferably above 30 MBPS speed)

Responsibilities
HR & People Management:
- Review and refine existing HR processes while documenting standard operating procedures for onboarding and performance reviews.
- Build interview templates and evaluation criteria for each role type on the ATS system.
- Conduct skill assessments with current team members and set up performance review cycles with career development plans.
- Organize team building activities and improve company culture while ensuring all employment contracts and policies stay current.
- Set up applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows while researching salary benchmarks for creative roles.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution issues as they arise.
- Conduct thorough exit interviews when team members leave the company.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks for all new hires.
Digital Marketing & AI Support (During Non-Hiring Periods):
- Practice prompt engineering techniques to get better results from AI tools for various content creation tasks.
- Learn and use AI image generators and video generators to create video content.
- Help train other team members on basic AI tools once you master them effectively.
- Create simple guides and tutorials for using AI tools in daily work processes.
Requirements
- 1 year of HR experience or related people management background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employee onboarding
- Previous experience with social media or digital marketing is a plus
- Flexible mindset to switch between HR tasks and creative content work
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field preferred
