Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Expand business within enterprise clients (500 locations) and secure new strategic partnerships.
- Build Relationships: Serve as the primary contact developing trusted connections with key decision-makers.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven account plans collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a client champion providing valuable feedback to enhance solutions and services.
What We re Looking For
- Experience: 5 years in enterprise sales account management or customer success (SaaS AI or tech industry preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI or related technologies is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor s degree or higher.
- Location: Must work on-site in Redmond WA with travel expected (50%).
Compensation & Benefits
- $200000 - $300000 OTE (Base Commission)
