Dengage is a rapidly growing SaaS company offering omnichannel marketing automation built on top of our proprietary Customer Data Platform (CDP). We empower brands across retail telecom finance and gaming to unify customer data personalize campaigns and deliver AI-driven engagement at scale.
With active operations in MENA APAC and Europe Dengage is expanding its footprint globally. We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy and execution.
As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for building and executing a high-impact data-driven marketing strategy across all channels. Your mission is to position Dengage as a leading Martech brand globally support revenue growth through pipeline generation and strengthen brand authority in strategic markets.
You will lead a growing team covering demand generation product marketing content performance and events.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Leadership
- Own and lead Dengage s global marketing strategy with a focus on B2B SaaS pipeline acceleration and brand growth.
- Develop positioning messaging and GTM strategies across product lines and geographies.
- Collaborate with sales product and customer success to align marketing activities with revenue and retention goals.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Drive inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns (SEO PPC ABM events social etc.).
- Optimize lead funnels conversion rates and ROI through data-driven experimentation.
- Lead MQL SQL and pipeline reporting working closely with SDRs and sales teams.
Brand Content & Communications
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand narrative across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership content case studies whitepapers videos and social campaigns.
- Manage PR analyst relations and influencer partnerships.
Product Marketing & Customer Advocacy
- Lead product launches sales enablement and customer education efforts (working with onboarding and support).
- Build and scale customer reference and advocacy programs (e.g. reviews G2 testimonials).
Events & Partnerships
- Lead marketing for virtual and physical events including trade shows webinars and partner initiatives.
- Support partner marketing strategies in collaboration with regional channel partners.
Team Building & Budgeting
- Hire mentor and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
- Manage the marketing budget agency/vendor relationships and tool stack.
Requirements
- Proven experience (7 years) in marketing leadership roles in B2B SaaS preferably in martech/CDP/CRM/automation industries.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics and growth marketing channels.
- Experience building high-velocity lead generation programs and scaling marketing operations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (HubSpot Salesforce Google Ads LinkedIn etc.).
- Startup or scale-up experience is a big plus.
- Fluent English is required; additional language is a bonus.

Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments. Proven experience creating content for industries such as Retail/Ecommerce, Banking, Travel, or Telecoms. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing SEO-optimized and diverse content formats. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and proven success in improving search engine rankings. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CMS platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and PPC. Self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills. Native or fluent English skills are a must.
