We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of diverse client events. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone passionate about logistics communication and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning organizing and coordinating events from concept to completion
Support the Events Manager with administrative and on-site event tasks
Liaise with vendors venues and service providers to ensure all logistics are confirmed
Help prepare event materials schedules and setup plans
Conduct site inspections and assist with setup/tear-down as needed
Manage guest lists RSVPs and client communications
Ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to
Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning coordination or administrative support preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work flexible hours when needed for event schedules
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Marketing Communications or a related field is a plus
