You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailNous recherchons un(e) Responsable Compte Cl en CDD orient(e) rsultats et dot(e) dune excellente capacit danalyse et de ngociation pour intgrer notre quipe commerciale.
Vous serez linterlocuteur(trice) privilgi(e) des comptes clients assigns majoritairement de la GSA avec pour mission de dvelopper et doptimiser les rsultats. Vous tes bas(e) Paris ou proche Paris.
Responsabilits principales :
Bonne comprhension du client et gestion des dossiers :
Dvelopper une connaissance approfondie des comptes clients et grer lensemble des dossiers associs.
tablir et entretenir une relation de confiance avec les interlocuteurs en centrale dachat.
Analyse de march et suivi des performances :
Raliser des analyses sur la performance des enseignes du portefeuille.
Identifier les opportunits de croissance les leviers daction prioritaires.
3. Atteinte des objectifs et suivi des KPIs :
Assurer la ralisation des objectifs commerciaux
Mettre en place un suivi rigoureux des KPIs
Ngociations en Centrale:
Piloter les ngociations commerciales avec les centrales dachat.
tablir des relations partenariales durables.
Vrification rgulire de lexcution des contreparties.
Mise en uvre de plans dactions correctifs :
Concevoir et dployer des plans dactions correctifs en cas dcarts de performances.
Mobiliser les ressources internes pour la mise en uvre des actions ncessaires.
Matrise des dpenses :
Grer les budgets relatifs lactivit des comptes : dpenses gnrales et investissements promotionnels.
Assurer une matrise efficace des cots tout en maximisant les rsultats
Qualifications :

Aptitudes la vente et la ngociation de prfrence acquises dans une entreprise internationale forte saisonnalit.
Capacit danalyse et orient rsultats
Capacit promouvoir la collaboration linnovation et lexcution
Capacit crer un travail dquipe fructueux et travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec des chances
Aisance dans la connexion avec les diffrents dpartements et parties prenantes pour aller saisir toutes les opportunits (acheteurs marketing trade marketing).
Bonne capacit dinfluence de communication esprit hautement comptitif et orientation client.
Proactivit et esprit positif et innovant et capacit challenger le status quo
Excellents relationnel et communication
Franais et Anglais courant.
Excellentes comptences bureautiques notamment Excel.
Expriences
4 ans dexprience
Exprience au sein dun dpartement commercial ou dans la distribution (acheteur)
Exprience Commerciale/Marketing idalement dans un environnement international et sur des march s concurrentiels forte saisonnalit
Diplme universitaire en conomie en administration des affaires grandes coles suprieures ou dans un domaine apparent (Bac4/5)
