Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a mission-driven Information Technology Engineer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in advancing next-generation desktop capabilities for the Intelligence Community. In this role you will join the Engineering and Implementation team as a key contributor on the Requirements and Business Case Analysis Team directly shaping technical strategies and requirements that support secure scalable and cutting-edge IT solutions.
As an IT Engineer with a focus on Requirements Management youll lead efforts to define document and track system requirements across the full lifecycleensuring alignment between stakeholder needs desktop modernization initiatives and engineering execution. Youll serve as a critical liaison between government and contractor teams and actively support collaboration across DIA NGA and other IC partners. This position offers the unique opportunity to both engineer solutions hands-on and influence high-level IT strategy in support of national security objectives.

Qualifications :
- Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent training/experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relative experience
- Good knowledge of IT Services and service provision
- Strong engineering background in Information Technology
- Demonstrable experience in Requirements Management
- Business architectural analysis and planning skills
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification desired
- Experience with desktop operating systems and/or software application virtualization desired
- Familiarity with Vitechs CORE MBSE software is a plus
