We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Braga working in a fully on-site regime.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Service Desk operations using various logging tools to handle track resolve or escalate incidents requests and changes;
- Provide local and remote IT support to end users;
- Monitor and follow up on registered tickets to ensure end-to-end SLA compliance.
Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues;
- Advanced user-level experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems;
- Familiarity with remote access tools;
- Experience in supporting local networks;
- Proficiency in Office 365;
- Experience using ServiceNow;
- Availability for on-site work in Braga.
