Qualifications :

• Ongoing or finished degree in Project Management Business Biomedical Engineering or a related field with some exposure to managing or supporting technical projects.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-evolving environment.

• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g. Notion Jira Trello Asana).

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English: these are a mandatory requirement for this role and are considered an excluding factor.

• A growth mindset curiosity to learn adaptability to changing needs and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup environment.

Bonus

• Experience working in or with multidisciplinary deep-tech startups especially those involving R&D or product development.

• Exposure to biomedical or life sciences environments.

• Familiarity with building and managing operational dashboards or using business intelligence tools.

• Understanding of the challenges in scaling early-stage startups especially around internal operations documentation and collaboration tooling.
