Job Description
- Plan manage and monitor project execution
- Control KPIs and take action to maintain them at the best level
- Handle people management: actively participate in planning required hires ensure the professional growth of your team and conduct face-to-face meetings
- Act as a Scrum Master: facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure feature delivery
- Develop project status reports and presentations
- Drive and support continuous project improvement
- Develop manage and maintain actual project management documentation
- Manage communication with the Customer Product Owner customer side teams to ensure Customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Good theoretical and practical background in project management
- At least 15 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager
- Practical experience of working with Agile methodologies
- Experience of people management practices including coaching and mentoring team and conflict management team motivation and team building
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
