About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced finance leader to join us as Vice President Corporate Controller a role thats central to how we run and grow our business. Reporting directly to the CFO youll lead our accounting and financial reporting functions build strong internal processes controls and help shape the financial strategy that supports our next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll guide a talented team improve the way we work and ensure everything we do is accurate compliant and forward-thinking. Youll bring structure and clarity to complex problems modernize our tools and systems and make sure our financial foundation is solid as we scale.

Were looking for someone whos both a strategic thinker and a practical doer who thrives in fast-paced environments communicates clearly and knows how to balance the big picture with getting the details right. This role is built for someone who is passionate about building great teams creating smarter processes and using financial insights to drive business success.

Key Accountability:

  • Ensure the integrity accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP SEC and other regulatory standards.
  • Build mentor and inspire a high-performing accounting team with a focus on growth collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Drive automation and scalable processes to improve accuracy efficiency and business agility.
  • Design and maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure consistent application of financial policies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all financial reporting processes delivering timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Develop implement and enforce financial policies procedures and internal controls to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
  • Maintain a simple transparent and effective control environment that supports growth while managing risk.
  • Manage coach and grow a talented accounting team; foster a culture of accountability continuous learning and high performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with SEC reporting and other public company regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee external audits and quarterly reviews serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
  • Champion the evaluation and implementation of modern financial systems and tools to support automation and scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide meaningful financial insights that guide decision-making and support company-wide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Actively licensed CPA
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; experience leading the preparation of public company financial statements and disclosures
  • Progressive accounting and finance experience including leadership roles in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Proven ability to design and enforce robust internal controls policies and procedures
  • Skilled in leading external audits managing relationships with external auditors regulators and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insight and recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through change with a calm pragmatic approach
  • High integrity sound judgment and a strong commitment to operational excellence
