Job Description

Vice President - Sales Strategy

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales Strategy to lead our sales planning and execution efforts. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing innovative sales strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales strategy team to optimize performance and foster professional growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee sales forecasting budgeting and reporting to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing product and finance teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales strategy sales management or related roles.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
