Job Description
Vice President – IT Ops
Intellisync Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of IT Operations to lead and oversee our IT infrastructure ensuring seamless technology operations that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management strategic planning and operational excellence within a fast-paced technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and manage the IT operations team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure including networks servers cloud services and data centers.
- Ensure system availability reliability and security across all IT platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and technology initiatives.
- Manage IT budgets vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Establish and enforce IT policies procedures and best practices.
- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT operations management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing cybersecurity network architecture and data center management.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
