As a Business Operations Intern at Zipline you will play a vital role in supporting initiatives that drive performance scalability and efficiency across our global operations. You will work with cross-functional partners including operations strategy product and engineering to improve decision-making and execution at every level.

This role sits at the intersection of data process and people. You will support key operational projects help develop tools and systems and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. You will gain exposure to high-impact workstreams while contributing to the systems that help Zipline operate faster smarter and more effectively.

• Support high-priority projects that improve operational efficiency quality or scalability
• Partner with teams across the company to document workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining
• Conduct operational analysis using available data to uncover insights and recommend improvements
• Build tools and resources that make processes easier to execute measure or automate
• Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new systems programs or process changes
• Assist in planning coordinating and tracking the progress of strategic initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
• Help develop business cases for new projects or process optimizations
• Shadow key meetings and workflows to better understand operational dependencies and priorities
