Job Description

Reporting to the CEO/MD this role will be a key member of our Executive Leadership Team responsible for delivering commercial results while upholding the highest standards of service style and operational performance. Youll lead with integrity and impact championing a high-performance culture and developing the next generation of retail leaders.

This is a rare opportunity to influence a premium retail business at both strategic and operational levelswhere your decisions shape the customer experience staff culture and overall success of the business.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Driving sales and profit growth through strong leadership analytics and strategic planning
Leading coaching and developing a high-performing sales team across multiple departments and store locations
Ensuring exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand promise and legacy
Partnering with Buying and Marketing to align product and campaign strategies with customer demand
Creating and executing succession plans and capability frameworks that grow internal leadership
Providing insight-driven reporting to the Executive Team and Board


Qualifications :
