Join a Fast-Growing igaming Business as Head of Finance
Are you a seasoned finance leader looking to step up to a high-impact role within a fast-paced digital-first organisation Were on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Finance to lead our financial operations planning and strategy as we scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full budgeting and forecasting process (quarterly annual and long-term).
- Align strategic plans with financial projections to support C-suite decision-making.
- Drive P&L cash flow and balance sheet forecasting in collaboration with the Senior Accountant.
- Lead end-to-end communication on budget approvals and departmental allocations.
- Enhance monthly quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis vs forecast prior year and KPIs.

Partner with BI and department heads to provide actionable financial insights.
- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead automation of manual reporting processes.
- Recommend and implement finance system enhancements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with Senior Accountant to conduct annual group risk reviews.
- Monitor and mitigate key financial and operational risks.
- Support corporate transactions through data room management valuation modelling and due diligence.
- Contribute to strategic M&A planning and fundraising activities.
Manage relationships with banks and PSPs.

Lead financial infrastructure expansion into new jurisdictions.
Inspire and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a collaborative ROI-driven finance culture that supports all departments.
- Partner with the CFO and C-level executives on ad hoc strategic projects.
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA ACA or equivalent) with at least 8 years of post-qualified experience including leadership roles within the gaming fintech or tech sectors.
- Strong track record as a finance business partner with a passion for turning data into commercial insight.
- Demonstrated experience building banking/PSP relationships and managing multi-jurisdictional finance functions.
- Hands-on experience with IFRS Xero (or equivalent ERP) and advanced Excel/financial modelling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financials for non-finance stakeholders.
- Organised proactive and driven thrives in a scale-up or transformation environment.
