The Head of CRM Analytics and Media will lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement driving sales and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience across all platforms. The successful candidate will also coordinate with various teams to manage key areas such as analytics media planning and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target health and beauty consumers.
- Oversee all marketing functions including branding advertising and promotional activities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Lead CRM initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Utilize customer data and insights to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer retention.
Omnichannel Marketing
- Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels including online in-store and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to create integrated campaigns that enhance the customer journey.
Analytics and Payment Solutions:
- Lead the analytics team to assess customer data and payment methods optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure that insights derived from analytics inform decisions in media planning.
Media Planning
- Oversee media planning focusing on platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Collaborate with media partners to ensure campaigns are effectively targeted and measurable.
Influencer and Partnerships Management
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that resonate with health and beauty consumers.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and brands coordinating with the team to enhance visibility and engagement.
Team Development
- Lead mentor and motivate a high-performing marketing team ensuring alignment across all functions.

Budget Management

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing and CRM within the health and beauty retail sector.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
