Your key tasks and responsibilities:
- Process: Supporting the team in managing the global performance and potential assessment process.
- Digital: Supporting activities in the global performance and talent management IT system e.g. report creation activity tracking maintenance of translations.
- Collaboration: Working together with functional experts for the continuous development and improvement of learning solutions and leadership programs.
- Programs: Supporting the team on a big scale implementation of concepts learning solutions and leadership programs.
- Organizing: Supporting the organization of events and workshops.
- Communication: Supporting the communication and marketing of our offer within the company through a variety of innovative and creative communication activities in close cooperation with the Employer Branding team.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Enrolled student: You are enrolled in a Bachelors or masters program for a period of at least one year in the field of economics educational sciences People & Culture or similar.
- Communication skills: You are fluent in spoken and written English.
- General skills: You love teamwork open communication style and hospitality.
- Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial spirit with general economic understanding.
- Digital skills: You have excellent MS Office skills (especially in PowerPoint and Excel).
