Job Description
Qualifications
Must enjoy working with children of all ages
Functions and Responsibilities
Responsible for after school care program day to day operations (at designated school)
Supervise students in After School Care Program (number of students varies at each school)
Supervise a small staff(number of staff varies at each school). This includes time sheets absenses etc.
Take attendence and coordinate enrollment
Collect After School Care fees
Create and maintain fee collection sheet for District Coordinator (to be ready each Monday)
Keep track of monthly snack count
Keep track of SRS/Farm Accounts
Supervise playground
Participate in Homework Help Program
Coordinate supplies and activities
Physical Requirements
Occasional standing walking crouching squatting stooping kneeling and climbing of stairs
Frequent sitting reaching and handling( hold grasp)
Must be able to lift/lower carry push/pull 15 pounds
