GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Advisor serves as the first point of contact for employee grievances conducts investigations and recommends solutions to resolve conflicts. It includes reviewing and approving disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with policies and advising supervisors on best practices for managing performance and resolving disputes. The position also manages FMLA background checks workers compensation and unemployment claims and coordinates employee accommodation requests.
The typical work schedule for this position will be in office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. This position is located on Kirkwood Main Campus.
