Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather document and understand data-related requirements
  • Analyze business processes and data workflows to ensure accurate and complete requirement capture
  • Translate business needs into clear actionable technical specifications for developers
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of data solutions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
  • Conduct data validation user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams
  • Assist in documentation activities including requirement specifications data dictionaries and process flows
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Stay current with Power BI updates new features and best practices to enhance dashboard performance and functionality. Actively seek out ways to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in insurance companies/insurance sector would be an added advantage
  • Hands on experience on SQL and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a collaborative environment Expected to handle multiple projects with stringent timelines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Actively influences strategy by creative and unique ideas
  • Exposure to documentation activities
