Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather document and understand data-related requirements
- Analyze business processes and data workflows to ensure accurate and complete requirement capture
- Translate business needs into clear actionable technical specifications for developers
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of data solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
- Conduct data validation user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams
- Assist in documentation activities including requirement specifications data dictionaries and process flows
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
- Stay current with Power BI updates new features and best practices to enhance dashboard performance and functionality. Actively seek out ways to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance companies/insurance sector would be an added advantage
- Hands on experience on SQL and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a collaborative environment Expected to handle multiple projects with stringent timelines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Actively influences strategy by creative and unique ideas
- Exposure to documentation activities
