Whether its a one-to-one session a team workshop or a campaign on our staff intranet youll help colleagues feel seen heard and supported.
Where does this role fit in
Youll be part of our dedicated Wellbeing team and report to the Head of Colleague Wellbeing. Youll also collaborate widely with leaders managers and teams across the Group to shape and deliver a dynamic responsive wellbeing offer that reflects the diverse needs of our colleagues and be a workplace where everyone feels safe included and able to be themselves.
What Skills and Experience do you need
Were looking for someone with strong experience supporting mental health and resilience in the workplace and a solid understanding of trauma-informed approaches. Youll be qualified in trauma-informed or therapeutic practices (such as NLP solution-focused or resilience-based interventions) and confident delivering one-to-one and group wellbeing sessions including reflective practice and post-incident support.
Strong communication skills the ability to maintain confidentiality and an inclusive compassionate approach are key. Youll have experience engaging diverse teams through learning interventions digital platforms and internal communications and be confident working with leaders and managers to shape support. Knowledge of safeguarding mental health services and evaluating the impact of wellbeing initiatives will also help you succeed in this role.
