Job Description
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver wound care services directly to patients in their homes throughout Metro NYC and Long Island. This is a full-time role MondayFriday ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy flexibility and meaningful patient interactions in a community-based setting.
Wound care experience is preferred but not requiredtraining will be provided. The ideal candidate must be dependable clinically sound and comfortable with traveling between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home wound care to patients across NYC and Long Island
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Travel between boroughs and Long Island as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up care
- Deliver professional and compassionate care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in NY
- Must have a car and be open to travel
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- Wound care experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and independent decision-making skills

Salary: $150000$170000/year
