Job Description
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home wound care services across Northern New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality compassionate care.
Ideal for a reliable and personable NP who enjoys independent work and building patient relationships in the home setting. Wound care experience is a plus but not requiredcomprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wound care in patients homes
- Travel to appointments throughout Northern NJ
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Must have a car and be comfortable traveling
- Wound care experience preferred (training provided)
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
Location: Northern New Jersey
Type: Full-time
Salary: $150000$170000/year
