SUMMARY
Receives Repair Orders for Vehicles in for Express Service Keeps account of the promise time and ensures the Repairs are done on time. Dispatches work to appropriate service Repair items as needed. assist with training. Keeps shop equipment and repairs as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ascertains automotive problems and determines which vehicle needs to be done next.
- Verifies all work has been completed properly..
- Keeps the Advisors updated if a vehicle will not be completed by the promise time.
- Distributes the work to the proper technicians.
- Works as an Express Technician Paid flat rate for hours turned plus a weekly Bonus for Shop Foreman
- Encourages the technicians to stay on course to get the job done quickly.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers publications.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
- Customer service skill
- Organizational Skills.
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers
