Salary: $80000 - $90000
First Shift
As Maintenance Manager at Winco Stamping youll be hands-on in keeping our equipment systems and facility running at peak performance. Youll lead maintenance efforts equipment upgrades and troubleshootingincluding PLC programming and electrical HVAC and plumbing systems.
Youll work closely with maintenance techs and other departments to minimize downtime improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Youll also manage facility upgrades and introduce new technologies to enhance operations.
Were looking for someone with strong technical skills leadership experience and a proactive approach to solving problems.
What You Bring
- 5 years in a manufacturing setting (metal stamping a plus)
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (or willingness to learn)
- Knowledge of electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and improvement
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Preferred: Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineeringor equivalent experience.
