At Huon we take pride in our people as much as our product. As a line leader youll coordinate and motivate a dedicated team of Process Operators ensuring every product meets customer expectations and our high standards for quality and safety.
What youll do
- Guide and support your team to meet production targets and deliver on customer orders every day every shift
- Create a positive proactive and safe working environment that reflects our values
- Work closely with your Team Leader to streamline workflow overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor performance metrices and champion best practices in safety quality and productivity
- Bring energy and adaptability stepping in where needed and helping your team thrive in a dynamic environment
About you
- A people first leader skilled at building trust motivating teams and developing individuals to reach their potential
- Strong communication skills with a knack for clear direction and constructive feedback
- Committed to safety punctuality and high standards of cleanliness
- Experience in processing or food manufacturing desirable
- Physically fit and ready to take on a hands-on challenge in a fast-paced setting
- Eager to learn grow and take on new tasks including opportunities to move across different areas
