Salary:$90000 $100000 Annually
Location:In-person (first 612 months)
Schedule:Full-time (40 hours/week) with occasional evenings and weekends

About the Role
As anOutreach Coordinator youll be the face of our community engagement efforts leading education and outreach programs focused on waste reduction and recycling. Youll work with businesses schools multi-family residences and at community events to promote sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver outreach programs on recycling food waste and waste reduction.
- Engage with local businesses schools and residents to promote sustainable practices.
- Represent the company at community events and public forums.
- Create educational materials and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Track and report outreach metrics and program effectiveness.
What You Bring
- Passion for environmental sustainability and local recycling initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience speaking to both large and small groups.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Access PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Organized flexible and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability specifically in the waste industry.
Logistics
- This is a full-time in-person role for the first 612 months.
- Occasional evening and weekend work is required to support community events.
