Senior Health Safety & Sustainability (HSS) Engineer:
Be the driving force behind sustainable safety and environmental excellence across multiple dynamic manufacturing sites.
Your role:
Lead and sustain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 EHS Management Systems across New Kensington and Murrysville sites ensuring continuity through operational changes.
Conduct risk assessments internal audits and site inspections to proactively identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks.
Develop and deliver impactful training programs on compliance emergency response sustainability and workplace safety.
Champion initiatives in circular materials management biodiversity energy conservation and mental health to foster a culture of well-being and sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 3 years of experience in Environmental Safety Occupational Health or Safety Management.
Your skills include ISO 14001/45001 program management risk mitigation audit planning and training development and delivery.
You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Technology Environmental Health Industrial Hygiene Engineering or a related field.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Youre an effective communicator open to change and thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to support multiple Western PA sites may be required.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an onsite role.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville PA is $89000 to $118000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
