As a Systems Engineer youll be a key driver in our projectsbringing a holistic view translating complex customer needs into clear technical requirements and guiding the development process from concept to delivery. Youll take technical ownership of systems analyze functionality and performance and ensure solutions meet the highest quality standards. Acting as the vital bridge between customers and developers youll ensure every system delivers real value and aligns with expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-disciplinary system-level design efforts for vehicle-mounted cameras and sights.
• Drive system-level product requirements in collaboration with product managers technical product owners and project managers.
• Set up test and demo systems for development projects and customer demos
• Customer demos and problem-solving (support)
• Lead tech. teams in development projects and technical discussions with customers
• Manage product lifecycle issues and maintain up-to-date technical specifications.
• Lead technical part of quotations and RFI/RFQ.

What Were Looking For

• Educational Background: University degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
• Technical Expertise from relevant work experience: Broad knowledge of both hardware and software systems including mechanical optical infrared electronics embedded systems and AI.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Project Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tollgate-based project models.
• Mindset: Creative adaptable and open to new ideas with a proactive pragmatic and optimistic approach.

Due to the nature of our work in the defense sector all candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden and will be subject to a security background check.

On-site presence at our Arninge/Tby office is preferred for collaboration and innovation.
