Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
> Develop and implement preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance plans.
> Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain equipment availability above defined targets.
> Monitor performance and reliability of all production and utility equipment.
> Lead and mentor a team of engineers technicians and contractors.
> Assign tasks evaluate performance and ensure skill development and safety awareness.
> Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to electrical mechanical and environmental safety.
> Conduct safety audits risk assessments and ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Incidents).
> Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditures.
> Optimize maintenance costs while improving equipment reliability and life cycle.
Qualifications
> Education - B.E./ (Full Time).
> Experience - 20 years in Auto industry.
> Technical Expertise in I. Synthetic Furnace II. Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
> Lead and manage the maintenance team.
