Under broad supervision performs a wide range of office administration duties for assigned functions or program areas duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information. May research investigate and/or resolve program data or issues. Drafts documentation reports or presentations. Represents program or unit provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.
A Rev Max Program Assistant engages in various clerical duties associated with an efficient agency office and Rev Max unit. Program Assistants request collect and track required documentation from various internal and external sources as required to make Title IV-E funding determinations by Rev Max Specialists; performs data entry in both the SHINES and Gateway systems; maintains unit master logs of foster care and adoption assistance cases; advises county Child Welfare staff of upcoming case and child renewals and validation and documentation required; screen and verify demographic information income and resources; engages in other specialized activities related to Title IV-E programmatic determinations. Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Rev Max Director.

school diploma or GED and two years of progressively complex office or administrative experience
