Job Description
Join the Harvest Works Crew team at Huon on a 7/7 roster! Located near Dover this is the perfect position for those looking for a challenge in aquaculture.
The role
As part of the Harvest Works Crew your primary purpose is to have pods ready for harvest. You will:
- Assist with net changing and rigging pod movements maintenance and equipment installation.
- Assist with feed bin fills mort pumping feeding fish and feed equipment maintenance checks.
- Monitor and report all predator activity.
Located near Dover you will be working full-time as part of a small team on a 7 on 7 off roster. This position comes with the opportunity to complete your Cert III in Aquaculture through which you will gain your Coxswains ticket.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
- Strong ability to adapt deal with uncertainty and remain calm in a changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
- A commitment to working safely in a dynamic environment identifying risks and taking appropriate action.
- Bonus points for experience on the water and relevant qualifications and tickets.
