Ready to take your Building Management Systems career further Were working with a specialist building services provider that is looking to expand its expert BMS Servicing and Small Works team in London.
If youre experienced with Trend IQ2IQ5 or Distech systems and want more than just another service role this could be your next big step.
Youll be part of an established team delivering high-quality service maintenance and commissioning work across London and the Home Counties. Every day brings variety from diagnosing complex faults to recommending smart upgrades that improve performance and resilience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service maintenance and commissioning support on BMS projects.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on Trend IQ2IQ5 systems (awareness of Tridium/Distech is beneficial).
- Identify and resolve faults methodically ensuring minimal disruption to client sites.
- Recommend system upgrades obsolescence replacements and performance improvements.
- Work independently and collaboratively to deliver consistently high standards.
- Participate in an on-call rota to support key contracts when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Trend BMS systems (IQ2IQ5); additional knowledge of Tridium/Distech is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical fault-finding abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client liaison.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Trend tools (System Engineer IQVision 963).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- CSCS card or equivalent is desirable.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within service and commissioning environments.
