Bartender / Shift Lead
Linden Brewing Company Linden MI
$8/hour tips 34 shifts per week No late nights
Linden Brewing Company is looking for a confident motivated and honest bartender who can pour a great pint and lead the shift.
What Youll Do:
Serve beer cider and other beverages on tap with a friendly welcoming attitude.
Promote food specials and upsell menu items.
Handle customer conflict calmly and professionally.
Manage the closing cash drawer accurately.
Make staffing decisions during your shift including cutting staff when business slows.
Keep the bar area clean stocked and organized.
Foster a positive team-focused work environment.
What Were Looking For:
Leadership skills comfortable making decisions and taking charge.
Strong communicator able to handle difficult situations with tact.
Motivated self-starter you see what needs to be done and do it.
Honest and dependable trustworthy with money and responsibilities.
Bartending or customer service experience preferred but well train the right personality.
Schedule & Perks:
34 shifts per week.
Latest shift ends at 10 PM.
$8/hour tips. Hourly increase after 30 days
Friendly community-driven brewery atmosphere.
