The Doubletree by Hilton Bay City is seeking dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team as Lobby Attendants. Must have attention to detail organization skills good communications skills reliability and ability to meet deadlines. This position requires availability to work 3-5 days a week including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities of the Lobby Attendant include:
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the lobby area is clean organized and welcoming. This includes sweeping mopping and tidying up seating areas as well as restocking supplies.
- Pool Maintenance: Ensure the pool area is clean organized and welcoming. This includes sweeping mopping and tidying up seating areas as well as restocking towels.
- Overview of all public areas including lobby restrooms meeting spaces and pool area. Ensure areas are clean organized and welcoming.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquires and concerns promptly and courteously. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Delivering special request items- guest amenities.
