An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buyerto join our Lantmnnen Unibake team at our bakery in Pantelimon Ilfov.
Reporting to Procurement Manager you will act as a focal point for supplier management tendering and contracting for relevant materials within Lantmannen Unibake Romania.
This is what you will do
- Build a professional long-term relationship with suppliers;
- Ensure availability of raw materials and stock analysis on a continuous basis;
- Acquire and prepare input data for RFx/tendering process;
- Implement new suppliers and raw materials items in liaison with relevant stakeholders;
- Negotiate contractual conditions; draft and close contracts with suppliers in line with internal procedures;
- Provide budget/forecast for material prices and price levels assumptions for the main good & services categories;
- Manage suppliers complaints;
- Ensure compliance with standards controls policies and guidelines;
- Drive Cost Saving Initiative / Value Engineering activities to gain cost reduction/avoidance (eg. diminish scrapping cost)
