The Opportunity
We are looking for an upbeat People & Performance Manager to join our leadership team. The product domain is Digital Experience where we work closely with all customers facing digital services for Worldline. During your journey here you will get to know talented software engineering and product team based in Stockholm to help further strengthen empowered culture we strive to shape as well as contribute to their individual growth and performance. In this role you will work closely together with our Tech and Product directors in the Digital Experience leadership team.
In this role as performance manager you will be working with software engineers and product roles to create an environment where they can consistently meet and exceed the company standards while working towards their personal goals. This would also mean offering feedback coaching and recognition for achievements and success. In this role you are not expected to contribute to the tech or product strategy as your product is the people performance itself.
The team
The Digital Experience team is like a football team that requires coaching to create the high performing players and a team to win the game. This is the role of the leadership team you will be part of where all of us are different type of coaches to provide either product strategy direction for the game to play and players that can be motivated and focused to the goal of winning as a team.
