Job Description
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a leading industrial company. This interim assignment will primarily focus on supporting complex commercial projects. The successful candidate will play a central role in drafting and negotiating contracts overseeing end-to-end contract negotiations and working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the review negotiation and drafting of complex commercial project contracts including procurement and sales contracts.
- Independently develop adapt and revise contractual clauses frequently working from third-party contract templates.
- Contribute to internal contract risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including legal commercial and technical teams in a multinational setting.
- At least 5 years of experience in legal or contract management roles
- Solid expertise in industrial project contracts
- Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Strong business acumen and risk awareness
- Effective communicator with confident presentation skills
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
