This is a unique opportunity to guide some of the UKs and global leading life and pensions and wealth organisations through large-scale customer-led transformations. Youll play a key role in helping clients become more agile digitally enabled and customer-obsessed ensuring they meet the evolving needs of todays consumers seeking long-term financial security.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Lead transformation by designing programs focused on putting the customer at the center of our clients businesses.
Help reshape customer-facing functions by crafting future operating models.
Drive strategic impact in customer strategy digital service design CX and marketing/sales modernization.
Inspire and guide multi-disciplinary teams of analysts designers technologists and specialists.
Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders including C-suite leaders.
Stay ahead by championing new technologies data analytics and digital trends in customer engagement.
This Role is for You If
You have expertise in customer centric large scale transformation
You have a strong background in financial services and in particular the life and pensions or wealth management sectors (leading programs of 1.5m)
You excel at understanding and addressing client needs
You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
You can manage priorities and successfully lead projects
You demonstrate leadership in direct consulting and project management
