Join our dynamic team at Service Excellence as we expand and enhance the digital landscape at OSD! As the backbone of coordination and administration for the Service Excellence team you will be instrumental in supporting the integration and continuous enhancement of OSD Digital Products. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations Planning you will play a pivotal role providing operational and procedural support to staff at OSD who are accountable for the delivery of core social programs. Your role will directly impact service delivery to clients.
You will assist in the delivery and administration of Digital Products including the implementation of new products and the enhancement of existing OSD products. Working with two (2) case management systems (CCM and ICM) and beyond you have the opportunity to support system releases problem solve create requirements/procedure documents communications and change management initiatives. A related Bachelors degree and one (1) year of related experience in coordinating and administering programs or an equivalent combination of training education and experience. In addition you have:

Salary Range: $1924.95- $2760.42Bi-Weekly
