Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal consultant - Java and SQL!
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with expertise in Java development and SQL to join our team. As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Java applications with a focus on database integration using SQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements architect solutions and deliver high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain Java-based applications ensuring code quality performance and scalability.
Implement database solutions using SQL including database design optimization and querying.
Collaborate with product managers business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews provide constructive feedback and adhere to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments ensuring timely resolution.
Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance existing systems and propose innovative solutions.
Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth.
Contribute to process improvements and participate in Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications !
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Java developer with proficiency in Java EE or Spring framework.
Strong understanding of SQL and Java
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Preferred qualifications
Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.
Good Communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications in Java programming or database technologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
