Our client a rapidly growing casino and sportsbook expanding its footprint in the Norwegian market is seeking to hire several new VIP Managers. Fluency in Norwegian is essential as youll be interacting with VIPs designing promotions and managing phone communications. Top-tier communication skills are a must for this role.
Basic salary from 25400 BGN- 55000 BGN gross depending on seniority.
Up to 5000 BGN gross monthly KPI related bonuses up to 115000 BGN total annual salary incl bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with VIP clients via chat email and phone
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP client
- Assess and resolve clients issue
- Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
- Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performanc
- Meet or exceed KPI target
- Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Native communication-skills in written Norwegian
- Fluent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- 2 years proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations
- Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset
- Previous experience of working with VIP players on the Norwegian market in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience
About this role

- Office-based in Sofia Bulgaria (no remote flexibility)
- Up to 55K BGN basic starting salary (gross) up to 3000 BGN net / month
- Comprehensive KPI-related bonus scheme of up to 5000 BGN gross monthly
- This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based.
