Job Description
Archtexx Consulting is a boutique consultancy focused on functional and digital transformation. Our consultants combine strategic thinking with strong implementation capabilities delivering measurable results and sustainable impact for our clients.
Tasks
- Drive analysis and documentation of business requirements across various projects and industries
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
- Create clear and structured documentation including process flows use cases and business cases
- Support project managers and development teams in translating business needs into functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with client teams to gather insights and foster alignment
- Continuously optimize internal methodologies and best practices for business analysis
- Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and expectations
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business Economics IT or a related field (or close to graduation)
- 12 years of practical experience in similar positions internships working student roles or academic projects is a plus
- Strong interest in business processes digital transformation and consulting
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; German or Greek is a plus
- Eagerness to learn grow and take responsibility in a dynamic environment
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
