Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to set goals and create agreements between the two functions (hiring manager/leaders) and to ensure fulfilment of the right talent and in-time within the agreed SLAs.
Responsibilities
*As a key partner your teams would deliver lateral talent that will drive business results and would be responsible for forging collaborative and credible relationships with BU leaders and hiring managers by proactively and strategically identifying assessing and ensuring the delivery of lateral talent to fill gaps within the BU(s).
*Is a Recruitment Evangelist & key advisor to the business
*Enables the Business with Market Intel
*Assists BU in anticipating future requirements and building a pipeline
*Proactive in providing solutions to the client
*Suggests & drives alternate hiring methods for complex requirements
*Develops deep understanding of the business market skills & helps team apply the same to fulfill open requirements
*Works in collaboration with the BU & the Staffing (WFM) teams to create & fulfill hiring plans
*Manages difficult situations with Hiring Managers
*Proactive in providing solutions to the client
*Provide support as appropriate related to recruiting content for RFPs
Certifications Required
MBA in business communications human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
