Position Summary...

This is a high-impact role at the center of shaping the future of Walmarts gig-based delivery network. Youll lead strategic planning performance management and prioritization across a fast-moving high-growth spaceworking directly with senior leaders to define goals and align cross-functional teams. What youll do...

The Strategy & Mechanisms team is responsible for setting the strategic direction and building the internal operating model that enables Walmarts Last Mile Delivery organization to execute with clarity speed and impact. The team drives cross-functional alignment prioritization and performance management while ensuring that executive communication decision-making forums and change initiatives are structured and effective. This work is critical to translating high-level vision into day-to-day action across a complex fast-moving business. Success on this team requires strong strategic thinking systems-level problem solving exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority in ambiguous high-stakes environments.

What youll do:

Set the yearly strategic vision for the entire LMD team aligning it with E2E and Walmart US strategies.

Manage and develop a high-performing team across strategic planning product prioritization and competitive intelligence.

Lead cross-functional prioritization and goal-setting exercises with clarity and cohesion.

Influence senior leaders without authority and drive alignment across ambiguous problem areas.

What youll bring:

8 years in strategy consulting business planning or product leadership roles with executive-level exposure.

Proven ability to lead and grow cross-functional teams.

Strong strategic thinking and storytelling with experience in developing KPIs and long-term vision.

Executive presence ability to influence without authority and exceptional communication skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $110000.00-$220000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations or related field and 5 years experience in operations project management or related area OR 7 years experience in operations project management or related area. 3 years supervisory experience.
