Following a full sales team restructure we are hiring a Client Development Coordinator to act as the sales team s operational backbone supporting key accounts driving outbound pipeline and keeping the revenue engine running with precision and clarity.
About the Role
As Client Development Coordinator you ll help unlock growth across two main areas:
- Tier 1 Support: Provide white-glove support for major advertisers by preparing proposals managing contracts and calendars and ensuring a smooth post-sale transition.
- Tier 2/3 Demand Generation: Execute lead-gen cadences for dealerships and smaller prospects qualify responses and maintain accurate CRM data.
You ll also support broader sales operations keeping decks fresh tracking pipeline and prepping for key industry events like SEMA in November.
Key Responsibilities
Tier 1 Account Support
- Conduct background research and prepare sales briefs
- Draft and revise proposals and contracts (in PowerPoint and Google Docs)
- Track insertion orders and manage renewal calendar
- Maintain a smooth post-sale handoff process
Tier 2/3 Lead Generation
- Execute templated outbound email campaigns with light personalization
- Add 10 net new contacts to CRM weekly
- Qualify responses and route leads to reps within 24 hours
- Maintain and grow high-quality prospect lists
Sales Operations & Enablement
- Keep pitch decks media kits and pricing docs up to date
- Maintain CRM hygiene (stages contacts dates)
- Build weekly pipeline snapshots and assist with monthly/quarterly reporting
- Coordinate booth schedules meetings and logistics for SEMA tradeshow
What Success Looks Like
- 98% on-time proposal turnaround (within 2 business days)
- 200 targeted emails/week with 35% open and 5% reply rate
- CRM completeness score 95%
- Client-facing docs error-free; asset library always current
- SEMA master calendar coordinated and mistake-free
What You Bring
- 3 5 years of experience in sales operations lead generation or B2B media support
- Strong written and spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
- Experience with modern CRMs (HubSpot Salesforce MediaOS a plus)
- Confident with PowerPoint/Google Slides and light proposal editing
- Strong spreadsheet skills (filters VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP pivot tables)
- Exceptional attention to detail proofreading and document formatting are second nature
- Bonus: Experience with trade show coordination or event logistics
