Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as an Operations Support Analyst supporting Private Bankers in a structured fast-paced environment
- Translate email requests from Private Bankers into actionable internal ticket requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests
- Communicate with bankers via Microsoft Teams Outlook and in person
- Maintain accurate records using proprietary systems (Salesforce nCino DOSS)
- Work alongside five specialized support teams within a structured team environment
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and a dynamic workload
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint) for daily tasks
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
- Operate independently as a self-starter and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Comfortable navigating digital and legacy systems
